5. Daily Detox Rituals

How quickly can I expect results?
That depends on how quickly you can start implementing the changes I suggest. Some clients are ready to go and lose weight right out of the gate in a very short time frame, sometimes even a few weeks while others have a bit more work to do first. It also depends on where your starting point is, overall health, are there health issues we need to navigate, your work week, family commitments, vacations, etc.
